Refund Policy

Sorry I don't accept change of mind returns. Please ask any questions before purchasing. 

Please choose carefully and ask for more information before making a purchase.

Please read the full item description for  -  description of item, measurements, materials used and please view all the photos.

Every effort is made to ensure that colours in the photos are as accurate as possible, however colours do vary on different screens.

If your item has arrived damaged or you believe it to be faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item by either email or messenger. And we will assist you in the process of the return.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.Please allow normal banking times for the refund to appear in your account.

Postage charges for the return of the faulty item will be reimbursed at the same time. If you'd perfer a replacement  or repair, a replacement  item will be resent, or your item will be repaired and resent to you at no extra postage fees

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
