Shipping Policy

All items are sent via Australia Post via express post with tracking.

Purchases will be dispatched usually within 24 hours of purchase , excluding weekends and Queensland public holidays. Purchases made over the weekend or on a public holiday will be posted off the following business day.

All items are wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap and sent in a box so they arrive safe to you.

Please make sure your address is correct. We are not liable for items being posted to the wrong address if that is the address you have provided at checkout

PLEASE NOTE - Express post is NOT a guaranteed next day delivery service. Postage times provided by Australia Post are only estimates.

Express post - 1-3 working days if you are inside the next day delivery network

3-6 working days if you are outside the next day delivery network (Regional Australia, Western Australia, Northern Territory)
