A black button base with a sweeping curve and peep hole for the eye, covered in this gorgeous textured material and finished off with quill

Fascinator attaches with hat elastic and comb . Comfortable to wear.

Measurements- base measures approx 14cm in diameter. quill is approx 38cm long
