I make this design in my studio on the Sunshine Coast, Qld.

Miss Baroque Babe is a blocked base covered in metallic gold leather nd finished off with gold metal vines of flowers   leaves and butterflies

Base has hat elastic attached ( see photo 3) and l would also suggest bobby pinning the elastic in to your hair for extra secure wear. 

Measurements- Base measures approx 13cm wide at the widest point.
