An Ivory wool felt domed button base , finished off with 2 sweeping yellow burnt ostrich feathers and pearl side detail

Fascinator attaches with hat elastic and comb . Comfortable to wear.

Measurements- base measures approx 15cm in diameter, Total height approx off the base of the head is 22cm high
