A percher style button fascinator covered in a red scuba crepe material,  finished off with 2 rhinestone bow and crinoline swirl

Fascinator attaches by a headband and comb . ld suggest bobby pinning the comb into your hair for extra hold 

Measurements- total diameter of base is approx 16cm
