I make this design in my studio on the Sunshine Coast, Qld.

Miss Gracie is a blocked base covered in a faux suede in Navy Blue and finished off with a pleated detail top and stiffened bow

Base has hat elastic attached ( see photo 2  and 3) and l would also suggest bobby pinning the elastic in to your hair for extra secure wear. 

Measurements- Bow measures approx 24cm in length.. Base measures approx 13cm wide at the widest point.
