An Ivory wool felt domed button base adorned with a large silk flower , buds and velvet leaves cascading over the base

Fascinator attaches with hat elastic and comb . Comfortable to wear.

Measurements- base measures approx 15cm in diameter, total height (base to top of flower is approx 17cm
