A royal blue crinoline wire work , shaped into petals, 1 large one across the face to highlight your eye. Attaches by a headband and comb. I would also recommend bobby pinning the headband to your hair for extra secure wear. It is a light weight piece.

Measurements -  approx 21cm off the top of the headband in height
