Luxe black wool felt hand sculptured and stiffened and attached to a hidden base. Finished off with a single quill

Fascinator attaches with hat elastic and comb . Comfortable to wear.

Can be worn front on or off to the side of the head

Measurements- approx 15cm wide at widest point ,total height - base to tip of quill is approx 30cm
