A percher style button base , covered in a matte white material and finished off with a single handmade black feather Dandelion flower,  single curled quills and white veiled satellite brim

Fascinator attaches by a headband and comb . Comfortable to wear.

Measurements- inner base measures approx 16cm in diameter.  Total width of headpieceis approx 36cm .

Flower is approx 16cm in diameter and approx height off the top of the headband is 40cm ( to top of quill)
