A pale Pink wool felt domed button base , finished off with a velvet rose and foliage detail

Fascinator attaches with hat elastic and comb . Comfortable to wear.

Measurements- base is approx 15cm wide at widest point ,rose is approx 9cm in diameter and total height is approx 11cm
