I make this design in my studio on the Sunshine Coast, Qld.

Miss  Geena a blocked crescent base covered in luxe white velvet and  black rhinestone embellished netting. Simple and elegant

Base has hat elastic  and comb attached ( see photo 2  and 3) and l would also suggest bobby pinning the elastic in to your hair for extra secure wear. 

Measurements- Base is approx 4 cm high
