A percher style button base , covered in a white polka dot material  and finished off with a contrasting black and white bow and tails

Fascinator attaches by a headband and comb . Comfortable to wear.

Currently on a blonde coloured headband -  if you require another colour please leave me a message in notes at checkout and l will re colour the headband to your hair colour if needed

Measurements-  base measures approx 16cm in diameter.
