A percher style button fascinator covered in a white scuba crepe material with a black silk like rose , quill stem and leaf

 Trans seasonal piece 

Fascinator attaches by a headband and comb . Comfortable to wear.

Measurements- base measures approx 16cm in diameter, rose is approx 12cm in diameter
