A percher style button fascinator covered in a pink material and finished off with a pale pink  crinoline swirl and 3D floral lace in pastel colours

Fascinator attaches by a headband and comb . Comfortable to wear.

Measurements- base measures approx 16cm in diameter, approx 24cm high off the top of the headband
